Raquel Lavender is the Lead Agent and Listing Specialist for Lavender & Associates. She is originally from Venezuela being fluent in English and Spanish, she is passionate about her work with the global market.

She has been involved in the Real Estate Business since 2001.Since she obtained her licensed, she has completed several course requirements for which she has been accredited with various designation that are Nationally and Internationally recognized in the industry. Among those are: Accredited Buyer Representative(ABR), Accredited Sellers Representative (ASR), Affordable Housing Specialist (AHS), Certified New Home Sales Professional(CSP), Graduate Realtor Institute(GRI), Certified International Properties Specialist(CIPS), Transnational Referal Certification (TRC) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). She has also obtained her Certification in International Business of the Atlanta World Trade Center as well as The Grassroots Leadership Institute from the University Of Georgia, Clayton County Extension Office.

Lisa Navarro is the Buyer's Specialist for Lavender & Associates Real Estate Team with 10 years experience in Education which gives her an edge as an excellent consultant with her clients. She is also fluent in English and Spanish.

Both Raquel and Lisa have a passion for their business, they are members of REALTORS as well as business and community organizations and Associations, including the National Association of REALTORS, Georgia Association of REALTORS, Metro South Association of REALTORS. They also are Volunteer Advisory Board Member for the Salvation Army and Meals on Wheels for Henry County.
